10.3.2 Debit systems
Debit systems - exist in the form of electronic equivalents of paper checks. In system at opening the account the electronic document in which the name of the payer contains, the name of financial structure, number of the account of the payer, the name (name) of the addressee of payment and the sum of the check is issued. The basic part of the information is not coded. As well as the paper check, has an electronic variant of the signature (a digital grouping), confirming, that the check proceeds really from the owner of the account. Before the check will be paid, it should be confirmed by a digital signature of the addressee of payment.
