Using the toolsIn France in June, 2001 for the purposes of the subsequent taxation of subjects of electronic economic activity the opportunity of obligatory state certification trading the Internet - the companies is considered. In the report of the commission under the finance of National assembly of France it is offered to enter special "recognition symbol" by which those would be marked trading the Internet - the companies which offer sufficient guarantees of a tax transparency and technological safety at realization of payments with use of bank cards.
